Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized and group training programs for youth, high school, college, and professional athletes.

• Conduct performance assessments to track progress and adjust training plans as needed.

• Use technology such as force plates, GPS trackers, and video analysis tools to provide data-driven coaching.

• Lead and motivate athletes in a high-energy environment while ensuring proper technique and injury prevention.

• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain a positive and professional environment.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in sports performance training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USAW, or similar certification (required).

• Proven experience coaching athletes of all levels, preferably in a sports performance or strength and conditioning setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
